STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Refrigerated: Store between 1°C and 5°C

Frozen: Store below -18°C. Freeze Immediately on Purchase. Once thawed keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days: cannot be refrozen.

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Frozen: Heat food until it is piping hot throughout i.e. above 75°C for at least 30 seconds. Once reheated do not reheat'.
